*What’s In Your Makeup Bag?
Every makeup bag is different. I doubt that any two women choose
the same items. Here’s what you would find in mine.
-compact with a mirror (You can quiet the shine and use the mirror to apply other cosmetics.)
-2 lipsticks (One in a peach shade and one in a rose shade so that
I will have which ever one I need with me at all times.)
-eyeliner pencil (Just in case my liner has disappeared. )
-neutral blush that can double as a shadow
-purse size fragrance.
Fantasia Tobacco Blossom
I’m really curious about this soap and the scent in particular. The flower of the tobacco plant is used. Have no idea what that would smell like, but I’m really curious. Any ideas??

What makes You Happy?
Have you ever spent any time actually considering the things in life that you really enjoy? By the end of the day, I hope to have lots of suggestions from you. We will all benefit from everyone elses list. Actually, I should have asked yesterday. It was one of those days when I was in the deepest funk and today… the cause doesn’t even matter. Sound familar??
Today, I think that I will paint my nails. I just finished with an emery board, I think a nice soft color should be perfect.
*Your First Toner
Question:What is a toner and why would I want to use one?
Answer: A toner is a product that you use after cleansing. Applied with a cotton ball, it picks up the last trace of cleanser you might have missed and leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean before you apply your moisturizer. If you have never used a toner, you might want to start off with a plain bottle of Witch Hazel. You can find it at any drugstore. It does a good job and the price is something you will like as well.
*Start Walking and Burn Calories
An easy way to burn calories is to wear them off walking… anywhere and everywhere. Clip on the pedometer the minute you get up and for the first week, monitor your daily steps. Second week, try adding 500 additional steps. Be sure to choose a pedometer that offers a cover that closes over the re-set button. It doesn’t take very much to accidently bump the button and you are back at zero steps. I have definitely been there and done that.
I know that you might be thinking that walking isn’t supposed to burn all that many calories, but the steps do add up. You will be amazed at how quickly they accumulate. And, even a little bit of exercise will make you feel better! And be sure to get everyone in the family involved. A little fresh air even on a cold day never hurt anyone.
